Appenzeller® ¼-Fat spicy

The spicy, light speciality is also produced using semi-skimmed milk like the ¼-FAT MILD. During the storage period of six to eight months it acquires its meltingly firm to crumbly-dry crust and the unmistakable tart flavour. Its fans are extremely loyal. The ¼-FAT SPICY can be recognised by its silver-brown label.
